SESSION 1 of this two part event focuses on how you are experiencing
life, the underlying challenges, the roots of conditioning and ways in which we
can free ourselves of the enslavement of our early programming and live a more creative
and free life.

We'll work on shifting out of
suffering, worry & anxiety; believing you can’t change; of being filled with anger and
judgment for yourself and others; tired of the stuckness of having lots of great
ideas but not enough consistent or effective follow through; getting blocked when trying
to do something outside of your comfort zone; frustrated of having never lived
up to what you felt was your potential; unsure of what your focus, direction or
path is in life.

It's not enough to just shift
away from where one is stuck. At least as important is the shift toward
a life you love to live: a healthier, more conscious way of being, embodying a sense of inner peace;
being empowered and free to make better
choices; experiencing love and compassion for yourself and others; living from
awareness, utilizing the mind as a tool guided by your innate wisdom, etc.

We'll focus on reconnecting with the
very core of your being — realizing the truth of what you are, accessing a very grounded and deep
wisdom which transforms how you experience life. Practices will be
provided to assist you in preparing for Session 2 which takes place the next week.
SESSION
2 of this class focuses on getting clear on
what you would like to co-create in your life. This can cover any or many areas
including work, career, intimacy, health, family, finances, fun, spirituality
and more.

You will focus on
getting clear about what you really want to create with your life, based in knowing
who and what you truly are — what is really alive in you, and from there creating a realistic map to guide you toward truly actualizing and realizing your vast potential.

We'll walk through the steps of how
to do this both in a structured, proven effective way, as well as a more free
form and spontaneous way of creating.

The intended outcome is for you to
gain clarity on what you'd like to create or manifest, and to not only document
your vision, but also determine the steps that you'll need to take as well to
move forward in action toward your vision.
This event is held through the San Dieguito Adult School
at the San Dieguito High School Academy in Encinitas. The school charges only $45 for this
two-part
class which runs from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Tuesdays, April 22 &
29, 2008.
